Zachary A. Bloomer is Of Counsel in the Salt Lake City and Phoenix offices of GRSM where he represents professionals and insurers in complex litigation throughout Utah and Arizona. His practice focuses on professional liability defense—including the representation of attorneys, engineers, architects, and other licensed professionals—as well as insurance coverage and bad-faith defense. He also maintains an active practice in real estate, estate and trust litigation, and construction defect matters.

Zach has been recognized for multiple consecutive years as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, reflecting his peers’ recognition of his skill and professionalism. Among his notable results, he served on the trial team that obtained a complete defense verdict in a Utah class-action insurance-coverage case in which plaintiffs sought approximately $26 million, including more than $2 million in punitive damages.
