As a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Healthcare practice groups, Zach represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters.  Zach’s diverse practice includes experience in the areas of commercial business and corporate litigation, real estate litigation, healthcare law and litigation, employment litigation, and class action and civil litigation.

Zach began his legal career with GRSM as a law clerk in November 2020, demonstrating exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills. After being admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar at the end of December 2020, Zach transitioned to a full-time attorney role, quickly gaining experience in all phases of litigation, from case inception to final resolution.

His cases have involved the defense of corporate clients with a variety of breach of contract claims, as well as helping healthcare providers in short-term and long-term care settings.  In the employment context, Zach has represented employers in wage and hour claims, as well as enforced and defended non-compete agreements and other restrictive covenants. He has particular experience with class actions and has defended business and corporate clients against a variety of class action claims at both the federal and state levels.

Supplementing his role with the firm, Zach currently holds a secondment position with the in-house legal department of a national telecommunications infrastructure company.  In this role, Zach manages a wide variety of commercial and civil litigation matters, focusing on disputes arising out of business agreements, real estate transactions, and personal injury. This unique experience allows Zach to offer a client-centric perspective on complex legal matters, bridging the gap between litigation strategy and business objectives.
