Zach Stern focuses his practice on securities litigation, securities regulation, and white collar defense. He has represented high-profile individuals in employment and tort matters before state and federal courts. Zach has further experience defending multinational corporations from Caremark claims and conducting internal investigations. He also maintains a robust pro bono practice, including drafting and submitting an amicus brief before the Georgia Supreme Court and seeking release for an incarcerated client.
