Zackary Paal is national counsel for an international product manufacturer and as Co-Chair of the Seattle office’s Environmental and Toxic Tort practice group he represents corporations and executive officers in the Maritime, Aerospace, and Industrial Manufacturing sectors in toxic tort, product and premises liability, and wrongful death litigation. In addition, he pursues and defends negligence, contracts, collections, and professional liability claims in real estate, coverage, medical, and environmental matters.

He has successfully tried cases before juries in state and federal courts in Washington, California, Oregon, and Louisiana. He has handled hundreds of mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences for individuals and corporate clients.
