Zak Kuchler represents public and private-sector employers in numerous areas of employment-related litigation and pre-litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, employment contracts, employment-related torts, and wrongful termination. Zak has successfully defended clients in both EEOC and Arizona Attorney General Civil Rights Division investigations, and he regularly represents employers in alternative dispute resolution forums.

In addition to employment litigation, Zak partners with employers of all sizes on a broad spectrum of day-to-day employment advice and compliance issues, including employee hiring, discipline, terminations, leaves of absence, workplace accommodations, and wage and hour issues. Zak also provides preventative advice to clients with respect to personnel matters such as handbook and policy review and development, workplace investigations, and training.
