Zoe Malters focuses her practice on civil litigation defense, including motor vehicle accidents, construction defect cases, and professional negligence matters.

Zoe graduated from Alexander Blewett III School of Law in Missoula, Montana. During law school, she was a member of the National Trial Competition Team, gaining courtroom experience at the regional level. She also volunteered as a mediator with the Community Dispute Resolution Center, focusing on Landlord-Tenant disputes. Prior to joining GRSM, Zoe worked in criminal defense and later as a plaintiffs’ attorney, where she represented individuals in medical malpractice, premises liability, and personal injury cases.

Raised in Billings, Zoe is proud to serve Montana communities.
