Adrien K. Anderson is an associate in the Denver office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Securities Litigation practice groups. Her practice includes complex commercial and business disputes in state court, federal court, and alternative dispute resolution forums. She has represented broker dealers, investment advisers, and registered representatives in several FINRA and AAA customer dispute actions in multiple states.
During law school, Ms. Anderson focused her studies on securities regulatory compliance and obtained a corporate and commercial law certificate and masters of business administration. Ms. Anderson is a Boulder, Colorado native and prior to law school, worked as an 8th grade English teacher in Dallas, Texas. She spends her free time mentoring undergraduate and law students as well as guest lecturing on securities law at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
