Alexander A. Loh is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Construction and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Mr. Loh maintains a diverse practice that also includes business transactions, government contracts, and government regulatory & administrative law (CA Prop 65). Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, he represented corporations for transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Loh holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Davis. He received his J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of law in 2017. While at USC, Mr. Loh interned with a prime defense contractor, working on government contracts (FAR, DFARS, ITAR) for Department of Defense programs for satellites and ballistic missiles. Mr. Loh also worked with a big data startup, helping them develop new products and pitch to venture capital funds.
Prior to law school, Mr. Loh worked in Healthcare IT consulting, assisting major hospital networks in their transition to electronic medical records. Mr. Loh also worked with sourcing and manufacturing promotional items, and attended the Academy of Art University to learn garment drafting, flat patterning, and production.
