Amanda N. Aimone

Amanda represents clients in various fields of litigation, including premises liability, construction litigation, automobile accidents, and professional liability. Her experience includes the defense of construction defect claims as well as claims brought under the New York Labor Law. Amanda has extensive experience in handling all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery documents, drafting and arguing substantive and discovery motions, conducting and defending depositions, and participating in mediations and settlement conferences.   

Prior to joining GRSM, Amanda was an associate at an insurance defense firm where she gained significant litigation experience in both state and federal courts. 

Amanda graduated from Seton Hall University in 2014, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. She then attended New York Law School, graduating in 2018. During law school, she was Co-President of the Italian Law Student Association and was awarded the Dean’s Award for Student Leadership.

Amanda enjoys bowling, going to the beach, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets.
