Angelo D. DiBartolomeo is senior counsel in the Louisville office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Construction practice group. Mr. DiBartolomeo has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, and employment litigation. He has litigated numerous commercial disputes including breach of contract actions, commercial and residential real estate transactions and litigation, commercial fraud and breach of fiduciary matters, and disputes among corporate shareholders, partners, and LLC members. Mr. DiBartolomeo also has significant experience in professional liability cases. He has successfully represented many professionals, including attorneys, architects, engineers, and insurance agents. Mr. DiBartolomeo has extensive experience in representing clients in both state and federal courts.
Mr. DiBartolomeo received his law degree from DePaul University College of Law, where he was an Editor of Articles, Notes, and Comments for the DePaul Law Review. He graduated from Bowling Green State University, where he earned degrees in Political Science and Theatre.

Prior to moving to Louisville, Mr. DiBartolomeo routinely volunteered with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services and acted as a pro bono Guardian ad Litem in several adult guardianship matters for low-income individuals seeking to be appointed plenary guardian of a disabled family member.
