Ashley N. Batiste is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gordon & Rees and a member of the Employment practice group. Her practice primarily focuses on complex wage and hour disputes, including class actions and PAGA representative actions. Her work also includes litigation on wrongful termination, retaliation, employment discrimination and harassment claims. Ms. Batiste has defended California employers in both state and federal venues. Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Ms. Batiste represented employers against wage and hour claims at another highly ranked national law firm.

While in law school Ms. Batiste gained experience clerking at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Ms. Batiste also served as President of the Labor and Employment Law Society and was a member of the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society.
