Austin Evans is a seasoned litigator and trusted business advocate, focused on delivering results-driven solutions to the unique legal challenges his clients face. He focuses his practice defending general liability, transportation, and employment matters in both state and federal court.

Austin began his legal career in Nashville, where he developed experience and achieved successful outcomes for his clients across a broad range of practice areas, including matters involving trucking and transportation, employment law, governmental tort liability, music and entertainment, professional liability, and real estate. Austin’s diverse legal experience allows him to approach matters with a practical, strategic perspective, which he leverages daily to achieve the best results for his clients.

Austin earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he was a two-year member of Cumberland’s nationally ranked trial team. This formative experience sharpened his skill and passion for advocacy both in and out of the courtroom. Before attending law school, Austin received his B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University.
