Biography

Brendan O'Neill is an Associate in the Seattle office of GRSM and a member of the Construction practice group. His practice focuses on complex litigation involving commercial construction projects, infrastructure, and public utilities.

Brendan received his J.D. cum laude in 2018 from the Seattle University School of Law, where he was the Managing Editor of the Seattle University Law Review and externed for The Honorable Scott Oravec, U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska, and The Honorable Charles Johnson, Washington Supreme Court. He received a M.S. from the University College London School of Public Policy and a B.A. from Colby-Sawyer College.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Brendan was based in Washington, D.C. as a junior appointee at the White House and the Pentagon in the administration of President Barack Obama, working on a variety of matters ranging from defense policy and public affairs in the Office of the Secretary of Defense and Department of the Navy to presidential correspondence at the White House.
