Brian A. Lemon is Of Counsel in the Raleigh and Charleston offices of GRSM and practices in the areas of federal, state, local, and international taxation, Tax Controversies, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning and administration.

In his practice, he advises corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and individuals on the federal, state, local, and international tax implications of their respective personal and business transactions. He has over 18 years of experience counseling closely held and public, domestic, or multinational companies through a broad spectrum of business, legal, and tax issues.

Brian's experience has included leadership roles within two public, multinational corporations and the tax consulting groups of Big Four and global public accounting firms.
