Carrie A. Stringham is a partner in the firm’s Labor & Employment Law practice group.
Ms. Stringham’s practice focuses on defending both private and public entity clients from discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodation, wrongful termination and wage and hour lawsuits, among others. She also has significant experience defending a wide array of complex litigation matters for many high profile clients in the areas of commercial, real property, civil rights, personal injury, and premises liability litigation. Ms. Stringham has been very successful at resolving cases for her clients via pre-trial motions in both state and federal courts, as well as through mediations, early settlement negotiations, and arbitrations. Ms. Stringham has also successfully argued before the California Court of Appeals on multiple occasions and has participated in several jury trials in which favorable verdicts were obtained.
