Christina Pittman practices with the Houston office of Gordon & Rees as a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. She earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law in Houston, and her B.A. in Political Science, International Relations and Spanish from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.
Ms. Pittman began her law practice in Houston in 2001, defending governmental entities and public officials in state court cases and civil rights actions in federal court. She has experience litigating complex contract disputes, employment law cases arising out of corporate compliance with state and federal regulations, and personal injury cases involving serious oil field accidents.
Ms. Pittman continues to represent governmental entities and police officers in Civil Rights claims of false arrest, excessive force and other cases involving state and Constitutional law. She also defends cities, firefighters and other public entities in cases arising out of automobile accidents and premise liability. Ms. Pittman's litigation practice also includes defense of various commercial entities in cases involving premise liability, breach of contract, and claims arising out of compliance with state and federal regulations.
