Biography

Christina M. Flores is Senior Counsel in the Chicago office of GRSM and is a member of the Insurance, Consumer Protection Litigation, Class Action, and Product & General Liability practice groups. Ms. Flores represents domestic and international insurers in matters involving property policies, cyber policies, commercial general liability policies, financial institution coverages, commercial crime policies, director and officer liability policies, professional liability policies and specialty lines. She also represents product manufacturers in a variety of matters with an emphasis on personal injury. Christina's practice also includes representing businesses and creative professionals in software and e-commerce development, data privacy, data loss, licensing, and copyright infringement disputes.

Christina advocates and advises businesses on matters in civil litigation nationwide, including product liability, personal injury, wrongful death, professional liability, negligence, toxic tort, mass tort, and defamation cases. She has extensive federal, Illinois state, and Florida state court experience, and has successfully litigated complex matters from inception through resolution. Christina zealously advocates for her clients, striving to obtain the best results possible while being mindful of, and working diligently to achieve the goals set forth at the outset of the representation.

Christina graduated from DePaul University College of Law. During law school, she earned second place in the Honorable William J. Bauer Intramural Moot Court Competition. She also served as Symposium Editor of the DePaul Journal of Sports Law. While at DePaul, Christina worked as a research assistant for international law professor Alberto Coll and studied international law in Havana, Cuba. In her undergraduate studies, she spent a semester studying in Sevilla, Spain and received numerous leadership honors for her philanthropic and educational successes.

Before attending law school, Christina served as a staff member at the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, overseeing several industry-specific committees. She also served as the Marketing Manager at a global law firm.

Christina is passionate about engaging in philanthropic and pro bono work. Prior to law school, she participated in Leadership Miami and joined a team of young professionals in preparing underprivileged high school students for college. Christina has completed several full and half marathons, raising money to fight leukemia and lymphoma along the way. She is currently involved with the St. Jude Young Professionals Committee of Chicago and serves as co-chair for the Corporate Practice Group of the Chicago Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section. Born and raised in Miami, Florida to Cuban parents, Christina is fluent in Spanish and able to serve clients in both that language and English.
