Chris Hawk is a partner at Gordon & Rees and actively practices in Oregon, Washington, and California.
Mr. Hawk is a seasoned civil litigator with significant experience handling all aspects of litigation; from the initial pleadings through trial. He has recently been a part of trial teams that won two Oregon Federal Court Trademark Infringement cases. Mr. Hawk handles the small single claimant administrative actions to the large complex multistate class action cases across all of Oregon, Washington, and California. He has a diversity of practice areas, including employment law (litigation and advice), professional liability (architects, engineers, attorneys), intellectual property (including two recent trademark infringement trials), commercial litigation (consumer class actions), tort and product liability (auto accident, personal injury, and premises liability), and construction defect litigation.
Although he is a native of New York (Rye, NY), Mr. Hawk practiced civil litigation in Los Angeles for nearly seven years (including five years with Gordon & Rees). Mr. Hawk then moved to Portland in 2005 where he clerked for Oregon Federal U.S. District Court Judge, Anna J. Brown, before rejoining Gordon & Rees.
