David T. Gluth, II, is senior counsel in the Las Vegas office of Gordon & Rees.  Mr. Gluth is a seasoned litigator who has represented numerous individuals and corporations in both state and federal court.  Mr. Gluth is experienced in all phases of litigation, from motion practice and discovery to trial and appeals.  He has represented clients in mediation, arbitration, and trial.  He has taken and defended hundreds of depositions.  His practice focuses primarily in the area of commercial and civil litigation, including but not limited to, contract claims, business torts, products liability, negligence and intentional torts, trucking/motor vehicle accidents, common interest community law, and HOA foreclosure litigation.  He also has experience defending legal malpractice claims. 

Mr. Gluth also served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Nevada where successfully represented state employees in civil rights litigation. Mr. Gluth has extensive experience litigating personal injury cases involving catastrophic injury claims on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. He has recovered in excess of one million dollars in settlements for his clients. He has also successfully defended large national companies in high exposure negligence, premises liability, transportation, and products liability claims involving allegations of disabling and permanent injuries.

While in law school, Mr. Gluth was selected as a member of the Nevada Law Journal for a two-year term.  Mr. Gluth has been awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.

Prior to his career in the law, Mr. Gluth worked for a start-up internet shopping comparison site where he developed market research studies for large online retailers like IBM and Dell.

Outside the office, Mr. Gluth enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. Recently, he has become a loyal Golden Knights fan and tries to watch as many games as he can.
