Debbie Kim is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of GRSM and is a member of the Employment Law practice group. She focuses her practice on advising and defending clients in labor and employment matters, so they can focus on their business.
Prior to joining GRSM, Debbie has defended employers, insurance carriers, and companies large and small in a wide range of matters, including workers’ compensation, product liability, general liability, personal injury, and labor and employment. She has extensive experience defending actions in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, negotiating settlements, and has obtained favorable results as lead attorney in bench trials and arbitration.
During law school, Debbie was a managing and technical editor of the Global Business and Development Law Journal. She also gained labor and employment litigation experience as a law clerk at a Los Angeles plaintiffs’ law firm and as a law student extern in the Civil Division of the California Attorney General’s Office.
