Delia C. Rivera is Senior Counsel in the Houston office of GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group.

Ms. Rivera has a diverse litigation background which focuses on commercial and general liability litigation. Ms. Rivera has been involved in a broad range of civil lawsuits and arbitration proceedings, primarily in the areas of contractual disputes, general liability, construction, premise liability, products liability, Dram Shop, hospitality and retail, as well as business and commercial litigation.

Ms. Rivera has practical experience in the courtroom as she has represented clients from case inception to conclusion, allowing for a deep understanding of all stages of the litigation process from depositions, mediations and trials.
