Dylan Houston is an associate in the Las Vegas office of Gordon & Rees. He is a member of the Drug and Medical Device and Construction practice groups and focuses his practice on all areas of civil litigation including business and commercial disputes, employment discrimination claims, and construction defect matters throughout Nevada. Mr. Houston has participated as second chair in multiple trials and regularly attends mediations/arbitrations, depositions, and hearings.
Mr. Houston’s business and commercial litigation practice includes advising clients and litigating matters involving shareholder disputes, breach of contract, partnership and corporate dissolutions, product failures, indemnity and insurance disputes.
Mr. Houston’s employment and labor experience includes wage, hour and commission disputes, wrongful termination, harassment, and racial and age discrimination cases. He has arbitrated and mediated matters involving employment and discrimination claims with the Nevada Equal Rights Commission and EEOC. He also provides advice and counseling to numerous clients on the subject of employee handbooks, discrimination, wage and hour violations, wrongful termination and Title VII issues.
Mr. Houston also has experience in products liability matters, including wrongful death, catastrophic injury and disability and debilitating injuries. Mr. Houston has participated in numerous cases to verdict, including District Court jury and bench trials, and binding arbitrations, with successful results in each.
