Earl G. Greene, III (“Chip”) is Senior Counsel in the Omaha office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Mr. Greene handles all aspects of insurance defense claims from pre-suit advice/discussions with adjusters, to litigation and through appeals. He is experienced in handling a large volume of cases with high-dollar demands and exposures. In his career, he has tried over 35 first chair civil jury lawsuits to verdict in state district courts, including medical malpractice cases, commercial cases, dram shop litigation, personal injury and property damage cases, and first party insured cases.

Mr. Greene grew up in Omaha, Nebraska, graduated from Hamilton College in Upstate New York, and then returned to Omaha for law school at Creighton University School of Law. Since 1982, Mr. Greene has practiced exclusively in the area of insurance defense, developing an expertise in the field of medical malpractice defense.
