Elizabeth Hitt is an Associate in the Pittsburgh office of GRSM, and a member of the firm’s Business Transactions and Banking & Finance practice groups.
Elizabeth regularly advises privately held businesses in corporate matters, including business planning, formation, and governance.
Elizabeth’s practice includes a broad range of transactional matters. She has experience representing middle market companies in merger and acquisition transactions. She also regularly represents both large and mid-size commercial lenders in financing transactions, including acquisition lending, commercial lines of credit, and asset-based lending.
Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Miami University in 2013, her Masters degree in Fashion Brand Management from Polimoda in 2014, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2020.
