Eric C. Rosenberg is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Insurance, Product & General Liability, Environmental/Toxic Tort, and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Mr. Rosenberg has successfully represented corporations in a wide variety of complex litigation involving product design, manufacturing, and warning defects as well as, construction, insurance coverage, commercial, and civil rights disputes. Mr. Rosenberg has significant experience investigating and defending lawsuits on behalf of chemical manufacturers and contractors, including personal injury, death, and property loss cases involving fire or exposure to hazardous consumer and industrial products.
Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Mr. Rosenberg was an associate at a mid-sized law firm in Philadelphia. He also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Eduardo C. Robreno of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Rosenberg is a magna cum laude graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, where he was also invited to join the Phi Beta Kappa Society, and a Cum Laude graduate of the Rutgers University School of Law.
