Eric C. Rosenberg is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Insurance, Tort & Product Liability, Environmental/Toxic Tort, and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Mr. Rosenberg has successfully represented corporations and insurance companies in a wide variety of complex litigation involving product defect, transportation, construction, and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Rosenberg has significant experience handling all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial.
Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Mr. Rosenberg was an associate at a mid-sized law firm in Philadelphia. He also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Eduardo C. Robreno of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Rosenberg is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, where he was also invited to join the Phi Beta Kappa Society, and a Cum Laude graduate of the Rutgers University School of Law.
