Gabrielle E. Gordon is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Employment practice group. Ms. Gordon’s practice primarily focuses on the defense of employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act, wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, and breach of contract. She also counsels employers on litigation avoidance practices as well as day-to-day employment-related issues. Ms. Gordon practices in both state and federal court and has experience handling all phases of litigation.
