Graham M. Helm is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Employment Law Practice Group. Mr. Helm's practice focuses on management-side representation in single-plaintiff and collective and class action litigation, including at trial and through appeal. Mr. Helm has substantial experience defending clients in alleged wage and hour violations, misclassification of workers, retaliation, discrimination, wrongful termination, and other related labor code violations. In addition, Mr. Helm counsels employers in a broad range of employment matters.
Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Mr. Helm was a litigation associate at another prominent San Francisco law firm where he defended employers, businesses, lawyers, and other professionals. Mr. Helm also served as a post-bar law clerk at the San Francisco Public Defender's Office.
Mr. Helm earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law. During law school, Mr. Helm served as a legal intern in the Litigation Division of the Philadelphia City Solicitor’s Office and the Temple Small Business Development Center. Mr. Helm earned his B.S. in Political Science and a Minor in Justice Studies from Arizona State University.
