Holly L. K. Heffner is a senior counsel and member of the Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups in the San Diego office of Gordon & Rees.
Ms. Heffner represents businesses, financial institutions and individuals in business litigation matters involving claims for breach of contract, fraud, conversion, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, violation of state and federal fair debt collection and fair credit reporting laws, and numerous other state and federal consumer protection laws.
Ms. Heffner's educational achievements and honors in analytic philosophy, with a focus in logic and the philosophy of language and mathematics, contribute to her ability to navigate her clients through complex legal issues. She applies these skills in litigation matters, and also in her pre-litigation business counseling.
