Jameson J. Pasek is an Associate in the Boston office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Mr. Pasek practices in the areas of securities litigation, employment law, bankruptcy and complex commercial litigation including intellectual property disputes, partnership/shareholder disputes, class action defense, product liability and D&O liability.
Previously, Mr. Pasek worked for a nationwide litigation firm where he represented financial institutions in commercial, business and real estate litigation matters focusing on financial services and mortgage-related disputes.
Prior to practicing business litigation, Mr. Pasek was an attorney at one of Boston’s leading medical malpractice firms, where he represented healthcare professionals and hospitals in Superior Court matters and before state licensing boards regarding complex medical malpractice claims.
Mr. Pasek received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Law & Economics from Assumption College in 2010. Mr. Pasek received a Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston, where he was offered a Dean’s Merit Scholarship, was a Dean’s List recipient, and “CALI Excellence for the Future Award” recipient in Corporate Finance. In law school, Mr. Pasek performed as a Student Attorney representing families and individuals in family law matters at Suffolk Probate and Family Court.
