Jason B. Brown

Jason Brown is an Associate in the Detroit office of GRSM and a member of the Employment Law practice group. He focuses his practice on the defense of labor and employment disputes/litigation and municipal matters. Jason's practice includes all phases of litigation regarding claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, employment hiring practices, non-compete/ non-solicit agreements, and issues involvement Michigan Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and related state and federal statutes. His prior experience includes personal injury, medical malpractice, premises liability, automobile/no-fault, dram shop, product liability, and general civil litigation.
