Jennifer Arnett-Roehrich is Of Counsel in Gordon & Rees's Denver office, practicing in the Insurance and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.
Ms. Roehrich serves as insurance companies’ go-to resource for high-stakes, complex and sensitive litigation and potential litigation issues. Her practice focuses on bad faith litigation, coverage advice and litigation, and other complex issues insurance companies face, including collateral disputes, underwriting issues, insurance fraud, and employee disputes, among other issues. As a former head of litigation for a national insurance company, Ms. Roehrich brings an insider’s perspective to her cases. Ms. Roehrich also focuses on general commercial litigation, and she has worked on cases that were front-page news. Ms. Roehrich has experience with every aspect of civil litigation, from initial filings through discovery, motion practice, trial and appeal.
Ms. Roehrich joined Gordon & Rees after serving as the Chief Litigation Officer of a national property and casualty insurer for several years. She attended Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar, and she clerked with the Honorable Louis H. Pollak of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. After her clerkship, Ms. Roehrich practiced as a general commercial litigator in New York City.
