Jonathan R. Stuckel is an Associate in the GRSM New Jersey office. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania Federal and State Courts.

Jonathan graduated from Stockton University in 2013, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He then attended Rutgers Law School, graduating in 2018. During law school, he was awarded with the Jeremy Kane Scholarship, was a Public Interest Law Grant recipient, and completed pro bono work in conjunction with the Attorneys at the Mazzoni Center in Philadelphia. During law school, Jonathan interned for the Prosecutor’s Office in Atlantic County, in Camden, New Jersey, and for a solo practitioner in Westmont, New Jersey in consecutive summers. There, he gained significant experience drafting pleadings and interacting with clients on a daily basis.

In addition to his educational experiences, Jonathan served in the New Jersey Army National Guard for six years, attaining the rank of Sergeant by the end of his service. His tenure included deployments to Botswana and Qatar, in support of Operation Southern Accord and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Prior to joining GRSM, Jonathan represented clients in professional liability cases including legal, accountant, realtor, real estate appraiser, architect, insurance broker, and medical malpractice. He has experience representing long-term care facilities and other medical entities in claims of malpractice. He also represented condominium associations and their boards of directors in defending claims of breach of fiduciary duty. Additionally, Jonathan handled constitutional matters, representing public entities and correctional providers in suits involving deliberate indifference under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
