Ms. Braun focuses her practice on litigation, defense of high exposure personal injury claims, transportation matters and the defense of employment related matters.  Ms. Braun is often called upon to analyze complex claims and provide innovative legal strategies to effectively serve her clients when disputes arise, whether through pre-litigation settlement negotiations or at trial.  She is on the cutting edge of the legal field, representing clients in the gig economy and helping them to navigate emerging legal issues. Her clients include major transportation providers, colleges and universities, construction companies, technology companies, restaurant and gym chains and Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Braun has significant experience defending corporate clients in the areas of premises liability, general liability, product liability, employment discrimination and myriad other claims.  She represents employers in handling individual and class-type related lawsuits involving all types of employment and discrimination cases.  Ms. Braun also represents educational institutions in lawsuits involving personal injuries, bullying, construction and employment disputes.

Ms. Braun is an active member of the Westchester Women’s Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Fairfield County Bar Association.  She is also a member of the American Bar Association and Greenwich Bar Association.  

Community Involvement

Ms. Braun is also active in the community.  She is a board member of the YMCA of Greenwich.  She is also a great supporter of the Arts and serves on the Board of Directors of the Dyckman Farmhouse Museum, owned by the New York Department of Parks and Recreation.  An avid runner, she organized a Gordon & Rees team to participate in the Westchester Corporate 5k, with proceeds benefiting cancer research.
