Katharine has wide-spread experience in litigation, including areas such as construction defense, real estate disputes, and some personal injury matters. Katharine has represented individuals and companies in the construction industry varying in size from small contractors and design firms to national residential and commercial construction developers.

Katharine has led clients through mediation, litigation and arbitration. Her practice focuses on construction litigation in the defense of design professionals, architects, engineers, general contractors and developers in a variety of complex construction-related matters.

Katharine has experience handling claims in state court, federal court, and in judicial reference tribunals throughout Northern California. Her practice often includes obtaining dismissals at the initial pleading stage, through summary judgment, preparing cases for trial and successfully negotiating settlements on behalf of her clients through both mediation and informal dispute resolution processes.
