Kimberly Sheridan is a partner in the Commercial Litigation, Tort & Product Liability Litigation, Construction, and Employment Law practice groups.

Ms. Sheridan focuses her practice on cases involving contracts and business torts. She also has substantial experience serving as lead local counsel for product manufacturers, including in mass tort actions. 

Ms. Sheridan’s experience includes handling all aspects of litigation, from case investigation through and including trial.  In addition to the practice areas discussed above, Ms. Sheridan has experience in a broad range of practices including construction litigation, creditor’s rights work and employment law.
