Kristina L. Marsh is an experienced civil litigator, working closely with her clients to develop innovative, case-specific litigation and defense strategies so that they can make informed, realistic, and cost-effective decisions. Kristina has extensive experience in first-party property claims (residential, commercial, and business interruption), commercial trucking and transportation coverage claims, complex coverage cases, analyzing complex coverage issues, evaluating policy-specific issues, and bringing these issues before the courts, as needed. Moreover, she has considerable experience handling bad faith and extra-contractual liability claims and helping clients develop avoidance strategies in first and third-party insurance matters. Kristina has experience in all aspects of trial and appellate practice in both state and federal courts in a variety of complex insurance and non-insurance cases, including, but not limited to employment matters, certain professional liability matters, and construction defect cases.
