Kyle C. Westbrook is an Associate in Gordon & Rees’ St. Louis office. He handles a wide range of litigation, including matters involving product and premise liability, as well as employment and transportation law. His focus is primarily defending corporations in matters involving toxic tort and environmental litigation arising from catastrophic injuries and wrongful death involving exposures to asbestos, benzene, and other various chemicals. He also defends corporations in various employment disputes, including discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, and whistleblower actions. Mr. Westbrook is involved in all phases of litigation, including pretrial hearings, written discovery, motion practice, fact witness and expert depositions, and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Mr. Westbrook gained valuable litigation experience at a similar firm representing defendants in various types of litigation including toxic tort, employment law, product and premises liability, transportation, and various business litigation matters. He has successfully argued various pre-trial and dispositive motions in multiple venues across both Missouri and Illinois.
