Kyle Smith is a Partner in the Houston office of GRSM. Kyle has extensive experience representing and defending companies involved in product defect, medical product defect, and construction defect matters. He has also represented hundreds of physicians who have been sued for alleged medical malpractice or who have had complaints asserted against them in the Texas Medical Board.
