Lara Cullinane-Smith is a partner in the Sacramento office of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani and is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. She is an experienced litigator representing clients in a diverse range of matters in state and federal court. Lara represents clients in a broad range of employment matters, represents clients in unlawful detainers, and helps her business clients navigate various commercial issues. She has successfully defended numerous cases at trial and in arbitration and has a strong track record in resolving complex matters in mediation.
When not practicing law, Lara volunteers with many national and local sporting organizations, including her son’s little league and travel baseball teams. She and her family can also be found camping throughout the West in their vintage Airstream, which they have lovingly restored.
