Max Bungert is a litigation Associate in the Chicago office of GRSM where he focuses his practice on commercial matters, environmental and toxic torts, construction and real estate litigation, employment law, and education law.

Prior to joining GRSM, Max began his career at a Chicago-based litigation firm where he represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of areas including civil rights, class actions, environmental and toxic torts, and commercial litigation matters.

Max received his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he was a member of the Trial Team and an Articles Editor for the Journal of Law, Technology & Policy. He also gained valuable courtroom experience as a member of the school’s Federal Civil Rights Clinic. Max received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Florida.
