Osmaan Khan represents corporate defendants in complex commercial and civil litigation, including mass tort, product liability, privacy and data security , commercial and financial contract disputes, intellectual property, and regulatory investigations. He has defended large and mid sized companies as well as emerging businesses across the technology, retail, and food service industries, regularly handling matters in both state and federal courts.

Osmann guides clients through all phases of litigation, from early case strategy and extensive discovery through motion practice and trial, with a strong courtroom focus and experience managing complex factual and procedural issues across coordinated and multi-forum proceedings.

Prior to joining GRSM, Osmaan handled complex immigration matters, including removal defense litigation before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and appellate tribunals, as well as employment-based visa and immigration benefit work before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). He has also represented financial institutions as well as utility companies in regulatory and financial litigation in Karachi, Pakistan.
