Osmaan Khan represents corporate defendants in complex, high stakes litigation, including product liability and other tort claims, privacy and data security litigation, intellectual property disputes involving infringement claims, commercial contract matters, professional liability, construction defect, and constitutional claims. Osmaan has defended large and mid sized companies as well as emerging businesses across the technology, retail, and food service industries, regularly handling matters in both state and federal courts, including federal multidistrict litigation.

Osmaan is experienced in guiding clients through all phases of litigation, from early case strategy and discovery through motion practice and trial. His practice is shaped by a strong courtroom focus and an ability to manage complex factual and procedural issues in coordinated and multi forum proceedings. Prior to joining GRSM, Osmaan litigated matters before immigration courts and appellate bodies in San Francisco. Earlier in his career, he represented financial institutions and utility companies in regulatory, investigatory, and financial recovery litigation in Karachi, Pakistan.
