Osmaan Khan represents corporate defendants in complex, high stakes litigation, including product liability and other tort claims, privacy and data security litigation, intellectual property disputes involving infringement claims, commercial contract matters, professional liability, construction defect, and constitutional claims. Osmaan has defended large and mid sized companies as well as emerging businesses across the technology, retail, and food service industries, regularly handling matters in both state and federal courts, including federal multidistrict litigation.

Osmaan is experienced in guiding clients through all phases of litigation, from early case strategy and discovery through motion practice and trial. His practice is shaped by a strong courtroom focus and an ability to manage complex factual and procedural issues in coordinated and multi forum proceedings.

Prior to joining GRSM, Osmaan handled complex immigration matters, including two years of extensive removal defense litigation involving asylum, withholding of removal, and immigration bar issues before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and appellate tribunals. In these roles, he represented clients in removal proceedings and humanitarian protection claims requiring significant evidentiary development and legal advocacy.

Earlier in his career, Osmaan practiced at a full-service immigration law firm where he advised clients on employment and skilled labor-based immigration matters. His work included preparing visa petitions and immigration benefit applications before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), including H, L, and O nonimmigrant visa classifications, as well as EB-1, EB-2, and EB-5 immigrant visa petitions.

Bringing an international legal perspective, he previously represented financial institutions and utility companies in regulatory, investigatory, and financial recovery litigation in Karachi, Pakistan.
