Patrick F. Sullivan is a Partner with the Chicago office of GRSM specializing in the defense of professionals and businesses in environmental, products, professional, and commercial liability litigation. His extensive experience includes the defense of medical and legal professionals against malpractice allegations and the defense of both small businesses and large corporate entities in complex litigation and arbitration. He has represented professionals and corporations in every stage of litigation in state and federal courts across the United States, whether at trial, arbitration, or appeal. Patrick is a lifelong resident of Southwest Chicago and its suburbs and currently resides in New Lenox with his wife and four children. He spends his spare time serving as an Adjunct Professor of Law at University of Illinois Chicago, where he instructs law students on the topics of products liability law, legal writing, and appellate argument and advocacy.

Patrick earned his Juris Doctor from UIC’s John Marshall Law School in Chicago. While at UIC, Patrick served on the Moot Court Council and acted as a teacher’s assistant in legal writing and oral argument courses. He obtained the CALI award in remedies and was twice on the Dean’s List.
