Robert C. Rodriguez is Partner in the San Diego office of GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation, Consumer Protection Litigation, and Tort & Product Liability practice groups. His practice is primarily focused on the defense of national automotive manufacturers against negligence and strict products liability lawsuits in both state and federal court.
In addition, Robert represents automotive manufacturers in a host of breach of warranty claims brought under the Song-Beverly Act and Magnusson-Moss Act. Robert also has extensive knowledge and experience defending insurance companies and governmental entities in complex litigation matters. Robert has also successfully represented a number of subcontractors in large multi-party construction defect matters. In November 2008, Robert was named to the San Diego Daily Transcript's Top Young Attorneys of 2008.
