Robert Olson is an attorney in the San Diego office and a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. Mr. Olson has specialized experience handling environmental litigation, personal injury – specifically brain and concussions injuries, along with professional liability, aviation, and landlord/tenant matters. Mr. Olson applies his unique background and knowledge of military strategies to achieve timely and successful resolutions.
Mr. Olson is currently a Commander in the United States Navy Reserve. He flew helicopters for 11 years and now supports the military’s strategic and operational planning. Mr. Olson flew combat missions in the Southern Philippines and completed a tour in the Middle East.
Mr. Olson earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego, School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, in New York, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Maritime Logistics with a Minor in Marine Engineering. He is originally from Atlanta, Georgia but considers San Diego home and cheers for the Padres. Mr. Olson is a recipient of three Navy Commendation Medal, two Navy Marine Corps Achievement Medal, the Humanitarian Service Medal and the Sikorsky Rescue Award.
