Robert Kuehl is a partner in the Chicago office of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani and is a member of the Commercial Litigation, Construction, and Tort and Product Liability practice groups.  In his counsel to private companies and insurers ranging from family owned businesses to Fortune 500 clients, Mr. Kuehl’s primary strength is the defense of personal injury claims of any manner and size.  His experience of successfully trying over 100 cases signifies to his opponents that he is unafraid of taking any case all the way to a jury verdict, which frequently results in producing favorable settlements prior to trial.  Mr. Kuehl has also handled numerous appeals and arbitrations, and has served as an arbitrator in both the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration system and within the American Arbitration Association.

Mr. Kuehl’s current practice includes representation of clients throughout the Midwest, including two of the largest pending personal injury cases in Cook County, Illinois, the largest judicial system in the country.  In addition to handling general liability matters, he defends corporations in employment disputes, construction accidents, vehicular accidents, product liability claims, toxic tort matters, and commercial litigation.

As mentioned above, Mr. Kuehl has first-chaired over 100 cases to verdict throughout the Chicagoland area, with a 95% success rate defending personal injury cases.
