Ryan T. Chuman is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. He has experience litigating individual and class action employment cases in state and federal courts, including cases involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation allegations, defamation claims, whistle blower claims, employee privacy issues, medical leave issues, disability accommodations, qui tam actions, and wage and hour violations. He counsels public and private employers concerning a variety of state and federal employment laws, including FMLA, FEHA, ADA, Title VII, employee benefits, workplace training, human/civil rights acts, and preventative practices.
