Thomas L. McMullen is an Associate in GRSM’s San Diego office where he is a member of the Employment Law practice group. In his practice, he defends employers in civil litigation matters, including claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and unpaid wages. He also advises clients on a variety of workplace safety and compliance issues.
Thomas graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.A. in English and received his JD from California Western University. During law school, he was a clinical intern for the California Innocence Project and a certified legal intern with the San Diego County Public Defender Office.
