Tony Salvatore is an Associate in the Phoenix office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Commercial Litigation, Class Action, Construction, and Product & General Liability practice groups. Mr. Salvatore focuses his practice on commercial litigation but also continues to pursue practice diversity in the areas of intellectual property litigation, compliance and management of commercial risks, and tort litigation.
During law school, Mr. Salvatore was selected by Professor Ellen Bublick to serve as one of her Ares Fellows, a position involving both assisting the professor with research and course issues, and mentoring students and helping them navigate the transition to law school. Mr. Salvatore also served on the ASUA Supreme Court for two years, resolving two major election disputes at the University of Arizona. In the second of these cases, the court’s determination decided the outcome of the presidential election for the ASUA.
Mr. Salvatore was one of the earliest attorneys in the state to make use of Arizona’s program whereby third-year law students may take the February Bar Exam while they are still in school. Following that, he externed for the Honorable Judge Tucci on the Arizona District Court in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Extern for judge Tucci, Mr. Salvatore focused on procedural research and resolution of various motions filed in commercial cases before the court.
Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Mr. Salvatore worked for another AmLaw 100 firm focusing on commercial litigation and class action defense.
