Virginia Squitieri is Co-Managing Partner of the New York and Long Island offices. Ms. Squitieri is a national litigation attorney with broad experience in the defense of asbestos exposure as well as toxic tort and premises cases in state and federal court. Ms. Squitieri has represented numerous product and equipment manufacturers, suppliers and premises owners. She is involved in the liability, expert and medical issues and defenses associated with these cases. In addition, she represents defendants in personal injury, wrongful death and asbestos in building lawsuits. Ms. Squitieri has litigated matters relating to asbestos exposure in various contexts, including but not limited to, chemical plants, commercial plants, and buildings, powerhouses, refineries, residences, schools, shipyards and steel mills.
