Yara Mroueh is an Associate in the Chicago office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort, Product and General Liability, and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Ms. Mroueh has represented private companies and individuals in intentional torts and claims of personal injury, property damage, product liability and premises liability. Ms. Mroueh is active in all phases of litigation, including investigating and evaluating cases, discovery, motion practice, conducting fact and expert depositions, arbitrations, and trial preparation. As part of her practice, Ms. Mroueh has achieved hundreds of dismissals on behalf of her clients.
Ms. Mroueh was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and is fluent in both Spanish and English. Her bilingual skills provide her a unique opportunity to connect with clients and achieve the best possible outcome.
